Ernesta Budaitė, a permanent makeup artist, has been making people feel beautiful for almost a decade working in Lithuania and United Kingdom (Birmingham) . Founder of “Ernesta Budaitė Permanent make up Academy ” Ernesta Budaitė is the winner of the 1st place in the WULOP Baltic Championship in Ombre Lips category in 2020. She also takes part as a judge in international championships.
